We were punctual on the first day, meeting the tour guide. Unfortunately, the tour guide arrived very late due to unforeseen circumstances :( The butter shortbread sold by the driver was not the same taste as the sampling given by him. Act..ually, the tour guide did ask if it was okay for the different illustrations and pictures on packing when buying and collecting the shortbreads. The ingredients used are different! Butter is the main ingredient, 30 to 32 %, but the one sold to us only has butter less than 5 %. What's the point of selling us at a cheaper price while the ingredients are less and low quality? Our seven-day tour guide in the UK, Ms. Wang Dandan, was diligent, responsible, and friendly. When she learned that I was hoarse, she kindly gave me effervescent tablets to relieve the pain. I am very grateful to her!
