This picturesque city situated along the Neretva River in Bosnia and Herzegovina is famous for its Old Bridge, which along with its Old Town was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mostar was established in the 15th century and was named after the city's bridge keepers. Other notable sites include the Muslibegovica House, Biscevica House, Old Bridge Museum, Koski Mehmed Pasa Mosque and Gimnazija Mostar.
