Owned by the Boca Juniors, Estadio Alberto J. Armando - or La Bombonera, as it is widely called - is a major football stadium in the La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The stadium opened in 1940 and has a maximum capacity of 49,000. Various murals by Perez Celis line the interior and exterior of the stadium, depicting the stadium's legendary players and the culture of the area, such as the influence of Italian immigrants.
