This mind-bending monument to surrealism was designed by the master of surrealism himself and Figueres' most famous resident. In fact, the Dali Theatre-Museum itself is considered to be the last great work of Salvador Dali, who lived in its tower where he died in 1989 from heart failure and is now laid to rest in a crypt under its geodesic dome. The museum contains the largest and most diverse collection of Dali's work spanning his entire career.
