More than 300 retailers and 50 restaurants are located at this outdoor tree-lined promenade located along 16th Street in Downtown Denver and stretching for 16 blocks of red, white and grey granite. 16th Street Mall was constructed in 1982 and designed by famed architect I.M. Pei. It contains another retail complex Denver Pavilions as well as street vendors. Look for the D&F Tower that is a smaller version of St. Mark's Campanile in Venice. The mall offers shuttles as a convenience for shoppers.
