"Phil, our bus driver, was so awesome. He was really friendly and funny. He explained very thoroughly and cared about the customers a lot. I really enjoyed my time at the Yosemite."
Accommodation is ok but some guests do have some luggage with 2 units that require elevator lift; fortunately I was at Level 1. The tour guide was a Chinese one and cannot understand some of his words. The 1st Tour guide we have is a lot be..tter.Read full review
100% Highly recommend Muir Woods and Wine Country Tour

"The tour consisted of a stop at Muir Woods, 3 wineries, time in Sonoma for lunch (you can select your own restaurant) and a stop at the Golden Gate bridge for photos. This was an excellent tour and my first time to Napa and Sonoma. I hig..hly recommend this tour. Mark, our tour guide, was fabulous and had great recommendations for the lunch options (the tour was on 1/7/18). Just enough time at each stop and nice selection of wineries. Very good value for the cost of the tour."Read full review
"We had a great experience with extranomical tours to Yosemite. Called a day before and were able to get in on a last minute deal which was nice! Our guide Denise was knowledgeable and very helpful. She did a great job of keeping everyone o..n track and making sure we got the most out of our short trip. The drive to Yosemite Park is not an easy one , yet she navigated it smoothly and safely. Would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see Yosemite but donRead full review
100% The trip to Yosemite was a really fantastic experience

The trip to Yosemite was a really enjoyable day trip. Our guide Denise was very informative and facilitated s great visit. We stayed on time without feeling pressured.
"The tour itself was terrific. Great tour guides, great route, great experience. I didn't give five starts for two reasons: 1. We toured with a five year old and were told we needed to bring a car seat, but both buses we were on lacked the.. proper hooks/latches to attach the car seat to the bus seat. I'm guessing this is a state law, but still it was frustrating to drag a car seat (I wouldn't have if I hadn't been told to) and not be able to use it properly. 2. We booked a Sausalito tour and a day in the bay tour. From the website I did not realize they were not one continuous tour. This caused a logistical issue when the first bus driver assured us we could be dropped off at the Hilton where we were picked up for the Sausalito tour and the second bus driver indicated we could be dropped off in China town as another guest was being let off there or at the hotel Zephyr, but not at the Hilton because holiday traffic was too busy to go near union square. Walking/Ubering a half mile from China town to the Hilton with the aforementioned car seat (those things are bulky!) and a senior citizen that walks with a cane was not fun. The other frustrating part is we weren't staying at either hotel. I live in the east bay and took the tour with visiting family so we could have easily parked at any hotel. Your company told me which hotel to meet at. It would have been REALLY nice if the full day's logistics had been taken into consideration and we were able to be dropped off where we were picked up or told to meet at the Zephyr instead of the Hilton. So the tour was terrific, but we were all grumpy by the time we got home due to the logistical issues. :/"Read full review
