Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made within:
- 0 - 09 Days Prior to Departure Date - Non-refundable
- 10 - 16 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 17 - 32 Days Prior to Departure Date - 70% of total purchase amount can be refunded
- 33 or More Days - 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded
Please Note:• If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.
• The 3rd & 4th Free Guests Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy
- Early cancellation: If the first two guests proceed with the group tour as planned, the third and fourth guests sharing the same room can request a cancellation more than 10 days before departure without any penalty.
- Last-Minute Cancellation Within 9 Days: Should the first two guests maintain their plans and the third and fourth guests cancel within 9 days before departure or fail to show up on departure day, a 50% penalty of the original tour fee (not discounted price) will be imposed for each cancelled person. This penalty will be charged to the first two guests on the tour in case of no-show by the complimentary clients. Failure to pay the penalty will result in the cancellation of the entire booking without refund.Special Notes
- To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
- For more assured travel plans during the holiday season, we suggest that you book your tour one month prior to departure date.
- In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.
- Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under 18, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join. Travelers aged 18-21 who are unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older can join the tour, however, they cannot gamble in Las Vegas.
- Winter weather conditions may affect the itinerary from October to April or May. The tour guide reserves the right to change the itinerary to ensure the safety of all passengers on the tour. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Guests who need to change their pick-up location must inform us at least five days in advance.
- Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.
