Today you will visit the Lake Louise and Yoho National Park.
● Lake Louise+Snowshoeing: This beautiful lake is named after Princess Louise Caroline Alberta. Famous photo-taking location. In summer, you can go boating on the lake or walk on the lakeside and enjoy a leisurely lunch. In winter, you can walk on the lake with snowshoes (provided) and experience the charming snow scenery (Stop for about 2 hours)

● Yoho National Park: Native people call "it is wonderful".

● Lake Louise Ski Resort: One of the largest ski area in Canada over 100 ski run to fit all level needs. (Nov-Dec & Apr stop for about 3 hours // Jan-Mar stop for about 2 hours)
* If snow activity is not available, this will be replaced by Icefield Parkway (Bow Lake/Peyto Lake).
* Will be replaced by leisure time at Lake Louise if not joining below optional activities:

Calgary International Airport (YYC):
Complimentary pick-up location: Arrival Hall (1st Floor), Exit 7 near the Information Centre.
Complimentary pick-up time: From 9:00 to 21:00, airport pickups will be scheduled every two hours on the hour. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend waiting times.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the next available shuttle with vacant seats.
- If guests arrive Calgary beyond our airport pickup time, you may take the hotel shuttle. However, some hotel airport shuttle service is not 24 hours and if the hotel does not offer the airport shuttle, you may have to pay for your transfers. If flight delays, please contact us as soon as possible to re-arrange the pickup schedule.
- Please do provide flight information to us within 48 hours when order confirmed or at least 7 days prior to departure date. Otherwise, there may be additional fee or more waiting time.
- If you provide the wrong flight info, there will be additional fee for second pick-up service.
- If you don't need airport pickup service, please do leave the comment when you book the order or notify us at least one week prior to departure date. We will provide you the hotel voucher, so you can self transfer to the hotel.

• All optional tours are non-refundable. Refund will be done only due to weather and force majeure event happens and the optional tours could not be continued.
• Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request.Special Notes
- Each person is allowed to check in and carry on only one piece of baggage, any additional baggage will incur an extra fee of CAD 50 per piece.
- Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
- Additional fees, including but not limited to associated credit card or wire transfer service charges, will be applied to any cancellation or amendment request. Cancellation policy will be applied to below modifications: reducing the number of travelers, and changing; optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay.
- Hotel arrangement is subject to change due to different departure date.

- Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
