* The current status of the Rocky Mountain itineraries is as follows: Jasper, Maligne Lake, Maligne Canyon, the southern section of the Icefields Parkway, Columbia Icefield, and Athabasca Falls are still affected by wildfires and remain closed. Jasper town is also closed. The Banff area, YOHO National Park, the northern section of the Icefields Parkway, and major attractions such as Banff town, Moraine Lake, and Lake Louise are currently open for sightseeing and itinerary arrangements.

Applicable Period:
For orders involving the IJ itinerary departing from August 2, 2024, the alternative itinerary will operate until the original attractions or hotels reopen.
• Refund Policy for Itineraries Affected by Jasper Wildfire:
- For activities and meals affected in your itinerary: Ice Explorer, Skywalk, Maligne Lake Cruise, Maligne Lake lunch, and THE CROSSING lunch , or GV-M package Mandatory Fee refunds will be processed at the original price paid to your original payment method.
- If your itinerary included a stay in a Glacier Lodge – M Package one night, the alternative itinerary will accommodate one night in The Crossing Resort, with a refund of the different between the package.
- If your itinerary included a stay in a comfort hotel in Jasper for one night, the alternative itinerary will accommodate one night in Calgary, with a refund of CAD 150 per room per night for the difference; a premier hotel in Jasper, the alternative itinerary will accommodate one night in Calgary, with a refund of CAD 250 per room per night for the difference.
• Itinerary Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel the entire itinerary, refunds will be processed for the affected parts of the itinerary due to the Jasper wildfires or mandatory closures. For other parts of the itinerary, refunds will be processed based on final coordination with suppliers.

In the morning, we will pass by [Castle Mountain] on the way to [Lake Louise], one of the most visited destinations in the Canadian Rockies; known for its turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks, overlooked by a stately chateau and backed by [Victoria Glacier] and elevated by [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise]. This is your lunch stop as well. Please arrange your lunch at this stop. Followed closely by [Moraine Lake] (Open Seasonal/*Alternative Attractions: Two Jack Lake, Lake Minnewanka*). Set in the rugged Valley of the [Ten Peaks], amazing colors create a unique appearance used on the Canadian dollar bill. After this, we will enter the Yoho National Park, pass by [Spiral Tunnel] This section of the Canadian Pacific Railway carries too much blood and tears of railroad workers and history. Arrive [Emerald Lake], the place where the amazing blue-green color is caused by the sunlight reflecting off the "marl" layer. This is a extraordinary natural beauty! Before ending our tour, you will be amazed by the waterfall cascading over [Natural Bridge]. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stroll along the path that leads to the Bridge.

"The picturesque landscape is on the road." The next road trip is the Icefields Parkway (Highway 93), rated as one of the most beautiful scenic highways in North America by National Geographic. Alpine meadows, pristine lakes, sparkling waterfalls, a true masterpiece of the natural world. Arrive at the [Icefield Center] around 4:30 PM.

1. M package: Superior and Limited Stay at the Glacier View Lodge, Check in to the largest glacier area outside the Arctic Circle with a luxurious Nordic-style accommodation and panoramic views of the glaciers and mountains. Guests can enjoy exclusive VIP access to discover a different perspective of the remarkable scenery as you peer into what seems like the planet's heart through a glass-bottomed [Skywalk] and on the next day's [Ice Explorer] (Mandatory fees). The package also includes meals (Dinner and next day's Breakfast) at the Altitude restaurant glacier area's epic view.

After dinner, you can go to the hotel lobby to enjoy hot drinks such as hot chocolate, tea, or coffee, and entertainment to play table games, read books, and more... Enjoy precious moments with friends and families. What you cannot miss is the icefield center, one of the best places for stargazing. You can find a telescope in the lobby for guests to use, and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the stars when you look up.

2. C Package: Stay at the homey wooden cabin style Crossing Resort on the 93 Icefields Parkway. Choose the optional activities of the [Columbia Icefields Skywalk] arches away from the building approximately 280 m above the valley floor, offering a fantastic mountainous view of [Sunwapta Valley] on either side of the skywalk and directly beneath you; or the [6 glaciers 20-minute helicopter tour] (Additional Fees) explore the awe-inspiring beauty of the majestic Rocky Mountains Landscape and Glaciers from an altitude of over 3,000 meters.

Inspired in Jasper National Park is the world's largest "dark sky preserve" where there is very little light pollution along the Icefields Parkway, and on clear nights, the sky is filled with stars and even the Milky Way.

Today we will enjoy a plenty of wonderful time in Columbia Icefield Centre!

Starting with the M package, guests will enjoy the delicious buffet breakfast at the Altitude restaurant, while admiring the endless glacier views under the sunshine (Mandatory Fees) 

For the C package, guests can add optional breakfast, then will take our coach and return to Icefield Centre to enjoy the huge piece of the glacier under the sun.

Around 10 am, we plan to take a ride [Ice Explorer - snowcoach] (M package: mandatory fees; C package: additional fees) to get a closer look at the [Athabasca Glacier]. Explore this magnificent Athabasca Glacier on the Ice Explorer and venture the glacier as you step onto it; you will be astonished by how massive this chunk of ice is.

You will need to arrange your lunch at the Icefield Centre. After you finish your lunch and enjoy the extra leisure time here, the sunlight shines through the floor-to-ceiling windows, which is the perfect time to take stunning photos , we will depart from the Icefield at 1:00 pm.

Heading to Jasper, pass by [Medicine Lake], this mysterious lake is full of Indian legends and mystery. Shortly after, we will arrive at the world-famous [Maligne Lake] (Seasonal/*Alternative attraction: Jasper Skytram *) and take the 8 million Reader Digest subscribers voted the [Maligne Lake Cruise] as the "Best Boat Cruise in Canada" and access to [Spirit Island]. Next, visit [Maligne Canyon] is a great place to go if you want an adrenaline rush and adventure. The canyon contains some of the most impressive geological formations in the world.

Drive to [Town of Jasper] in Jasper National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the simple folk style, vast space that makes us return to nature.

Depart from Jasper Hotel. First, visit one of the photographer's favorite shooting location, [Pyramid Lake]. Under the pyramid-shaped mountain, the mountain is reflected in the lake, a nice and peaceful view. Afterwards, done south to Icefield parkway, you might lucky enough to see the wildlife. Along the way, we can found [Athabasca Falls] in Jasper National Park, Although it is not the highest or widest waterfall in the Canadian Rockies, it is the most powerful. Following with the [Sunwapta Falls] named by 'Stoney Indian' is a must-go attraction. Stop by [Bow Lake], the lake is a bright turquoise color which is due to the glacial runoff from Bow Glacier. Historical Simpson's [Num-Ti-Jah] is located on the shores of Bow Lake at the foot of [Mount Jimmy Simpson]. Make a turn to [Peyto Lake] for its beautiful shape like a Maple. (If the attraction is under maintenance or other force majeure, we will go to Waterflow Lake as an alternative attraction).

About the time heading back home, along the way you will see [Crowfoot Glacier]. Then drive pass Banff and head back to Calgary.

Note: If the Peyto Lake is under maintenance or other force majeure, we will go to Waterfowl Lake and Big Hill as an alternative attraction.

2) Private car airport pick up service is available for a Pre-paid basis: for flights arriving between 7:00-23:00. The first two passengers will be charged $90 CAD plus tax, and each additional passenger will be charged $20 CAD plus tax. Please be aware that there is a maximum of four people per order.

  • 68 or More Days - only $43.33 charge handling fee by order
Please Note:
Amendment Policy:
- Increasing the number of people attending the trip (depending on the availability of resources for the date of the trip)
- No changes will be made within 32 days before departure. 
- You will be charged a service fee of CAD$60.00/booking/time for changes or modifications made more than or 33 days before departure. 
- When the order is revised and the resource situation changes, additional fees will be charged according to the actual situation.
- Bank wire transfer fees or credit card fees will be deducted from the refund together with cancellation or modification fees for any reason.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made by contacting the company directly in writing via email or fax.

Special Notes

    • Mandatory Fees applied to Package M & G. When one adult and one child stay in the Glacier View Lodge (M&G) package, the mandatory charge requires payment for two adults.
    • Package C Stay at various hotels in the Icefields Parkway area (approximately 30 minutes away from the glacier), and exclusively for guests of this package, choose to participate in the optional activity of the "6 Glacier Helicopter Tour(20min)" at your own expense.
    • If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, you will be charged CAD$30.00/person for a second pick-up service.
    • The Crossing Resort package requires a minimum of 6 travelers. If the min. number of travelers is not met, Tours4fun reserves the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary.
    • According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
    • All activities and meals must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided during the tour.

    • Product components such as: tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, attraction facilities, etc. may have different standards (ratings, classes, quality) in different regions of the world; please understand. Our bilingual tour guides will use Mandarin and/or English to serve you.
    • Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided.

  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Double rooms are not guaranteed to be two beds type, please understand.
* Price for a child applies when a 0 to 15-year-old child stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
* There will be hotel surcharges during Petroleum Show and Stampede. The price may vary depending on the departure date.
* The hotel room type is mainly one bed or two beds. If you have a special request, please note in advance. We try our best to coordinate.
* Price is not applicable during Jun28 to Jul 06, please confirm with us again for the final price in this period.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
